DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Duluth Lions Club is selling fresh Courtland Apples from Bayfield for ten dollars a peck (about 10 pounds) or 40 dollars a bushel (about 40 pounds).  The apples can be purchased from any Duluth Lions Club member and can be picked up at the former Miller Hill K-Mart parking lot on October 10th from 5 to 8 p-m or on the 11th from noon to 8 p-m.  Proceeds from the apple sale goes to Lion programs for the vision and hearing impaired, diabetes support and local youth programs.
