Duluth, MN (KDAL) - For seventeen years Tom Kasper has cared for Duluth's Parks and Paths as the City's Building and Grounds Supervisor.  He is a well respected horticulturalist.  On Friday, after a month of administrative leave he quit his job over allegations that he had been involved in several complaints about his on the job performance, those allegations were never defined.  The city says that now that he is no longer an employee any investigation into to his activities have been dropped.

Kasper is also serving the third year of a four year term on the Duluth School Board.
