ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - At a news conference Tuesday morning, Minnesota Lt. Governor Yvonne Prettner Solon and other state officials will officially announce the "Own Your Future" initiative.  She is urging all Minnesotans aged 40 to 65 to plan for their personal needs as they grow older.  The first phase of the program will be a new website, public service announcements and community meetings.  Future phases will look at development of affordable financial products to help people pay for long-term care and possible changes to Medicaid to help in that regard.
