Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Duluth was packed this weekend with "leaf peepers" and the Fall Colors did not disappoint. The Autumn ritual of visiting the magnificent Northwoods to see the leaves turn shades of red, yellow and gold played out with hotels filled here in the Twin Ports, restaurants busy and attractions like the Vista Fleet and North Shore Scenic Railroad packed with people who wanted to find a unique way to view the change of seasons.
More color is planned for this week and the weekend ahead. The focus on this coming Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be the annual Bayfield Apple Festival.
Also coming up this weekend is the Saturday night appearance of Jerry Seinfeld at the DECC in Duluth. Tickets are still available.
