DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Miller Hill Mall in Duluth is hosting a "Caring Santa" event for families of children with special needs on Sunday from 9 to 11 a-m.  Many steps will be taken to create a more subdued environment where children can enjoy a comforting visit with Santa and a photo opportunity.  Special activities and stories geared toward the needs of the child will also be offered during the visit.  Get more information and register by going to www.AbilityPath.org
