LITTLE FALLS, MN (KDAL) - 64 year old Byron David Smith has been charged with two counts of second degree murder in the shooting deaths of two teens who were breaking into his house.  Grief counselors are on hand this week at Little Falls and Pillager High Schools where the teen were students.  17 year old Nicholas Brady and 18 year old Haile Kifer were shot to death on Thanksgiving Day.  Prosecutors says Smith went beyond defending his property when he shot the teens numerous times when they were no longer a threat and failed to call police until the next day.
