Duluth, MN (KDAL) - From balmy summer to blustery cold the weather changed yesterday courtesy of some nasty winds. The National Weather Service reported uncharacteristic high winds on Thanksgiving Day over much of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Olivia and Ellendale had the stiffest gusts, in excess of fifty miles an hour. Temperatures plummeted 25 to 35 degrees during the day. Before the change in weather Duluth tied a record high temperature of 52 degrees, which was set back in 2006.
