Duluth, MN (KDAL) - After being closed for months, motorists can now drive into Chester Park.  Crews last week finished the reconstruction of Chester Creek Drive into the park following last summer's June storm. 

While workers rebuilt portions of the roadway, volunteers cleaned up debris from the storm and repaired hiking and skiing trails throughout the park that had been damaged by flood waters.
