Duluth, MN (KDAL) - On a seven to two vote, with councilors Jay Fosle and Garry Krause voting no, the Duluth Council last night decided to raise the cost of a pet lisence from seven to twelve dollars a year. The additional money will go to the Duluth Animal Shelter.
