DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The public is invited to the monthly meeting of the Duluth Parks and Recreation Commission meeting on Wednesday.  The meeting includes presentations by Manager Kathy Bergen on the Washington Square Mini Master Plan, the Neighborhood Grants and the naming contest for the park on top of the sewer overflow tank near the Lakewalk.  The meeting starts at 5 p-m at the Central Hillside Community Center at 12th East and 4th Street.
