DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Salvation Army in Duluth will launch its 2012 Red Kettle season on Friday with a special event at the Bentleyville Tour of Lights. Although Bentleyville will not be open to the public until November 17th, crews will power up much of the display for "Red Kettle Day", Mayor Don Ness will read a proclamation marking the first day of the Salvation Army's largest fundraising event of the year.
