Duluth, MN (KDAL) - With new survey results showing that one of three Life House youths have been victims of violence, and one of four have been victims of sexual abuse, a $10,000 donation from HOM Furniture comes right on time. The donation will largely go to programming and training in response to those figures, which manifested after Life House recently added abuse questions to its intake survey. Life House, located in downtown Duluth, offers help to homeless and at-risk youth in Duluth and the surrounding area, including immediate access to food, shelter and basic health care.
