Minneapolis, MN (KDAL) - One of the Twin Cities best known single family dwellings is up for sale.  The "Mary Tyler Moore House" is on the market.  The 95 hundred square foot Victorian home was shown in the opening credits of the Mary Tyler Moore Show.  It is listed for just two million, eight hundred and ninety five million dollars. 

Coming down next year is the St. Paul Ford Assembly plant in St. Paul.  A committee of the City's Planning Commission voted last night to leveling the plant so that Ford Motor Company can prepare it for eventual sale.  Demolition could start as early as next year.
