Cold Spring, MN (KDAL) - The State has offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the shooter in the Cold Spring, MN killing of a police officer. Patrolman Thomas Decker responded to a call for assistance last month and was shot down. The suspect is still at large.

The controversy surrounds the actions of the other officer at the shooting who was supposed to provide backup. Instead he backed his squad car away from the scene of the shooting and has been of no help to authorities in identifying the culprit.
