Little Falls, MN (KDAL) - Bail has been lowered in Little Falls, MN in the case of a man accused of shooting to the death two cousins as they allegedly tried to break into his home. A judge yesterday lowered the bail for 64-yea-old Byron Smith from $1 million to either a $500,000 bond or $50,000 cash, plus conditions.
He shot and killed eighteen year old Haile Kifer and seventeen year old Nick Brady after they broke into his home looking for prescription medicines.
