DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The St. Louis County Board has approved a new budget for next year and also said goodbye to a longtime board member at their meeting on Tuesday. Commissioner Peg Sweeney was honored for her 16 years of service. She was defeated in November's election by Pete Stauber. The county budget for 2013 is 311 million dollars and will increase taxes on an average home by about 7 to 12 dollars.
