St. Paul, MN (KDAL) - The highest paid city employees in St. Paul are eight supervisors in the Fire Department.  Using overtime they took home between a hundred and thirty six thousand and two hundred and sixty thousand dollars last year.  They say it is because of under staffing in the Department, critics say the older supervisors are taking advantage of the system and blocking out younger firefighters from getting the high paid O-T.
