Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Just before the start of the weekend workers at the Cloquet Sappi Paper Mill signed a new contract agreement with the company.  The Union had threatened a strike, but that wasn't needed.  Four hundred workers are covered by the agreement.  They reached that point late on Friday.

Sappi has started a one hundred and seventy million dollar change over at their plant in the Wood City.  They will make a higher grade of cellulose product that can be made into clothing and other products.
