DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The public is invited to give their input regarding the options to repair, restore and enhance Chester Creek within the Chester Bowl area.  The meeting will be held Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p-m in the Duluth Police Department Conference Room at 2030 North Arlington Avenue.  If you can't attend the meeting, comments can be emailed to Chris Kleist by December 28th.  The email address is ckleist@duluthmn.gov
