The Playboy boss revealed he is preparing to ring in 2013 by marrying former fiance Harris - who broke off the couple's engagement days before the planned wedding in June, 2011, and moved out of the Playboy Mansion - on New Year's Eve (31Dec12).

Sources tell TMZ.com Hefner and Harris visited the Beverly Hills Courthouse on Tuesday (04Dec12) to obtain the necessary paperwork for the New Year's wedding, which is set to take place at their Mansion home.
