DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The U-S Postal Service may be closing several mail processing plants in Minnesota including one in Duluth.  It is part of a plan to close down about half of the processing centers around the country in an effort to streamline the organization and save money.  Besides Duluth, other offices in Minnesota that could close are Bemidji, Rochester and Waite Park.
