HASTINGS, MI (WKZO) -- A School Bus Driver from Hastings faces new charges, this time in Federal Court. David Kohn had already been charged with three counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct for repeated assaults on a girl under 16-years-old. Police say the victim was not a passenger on his bus. Now he is being charged in Federal court in Grand Rapids with sexual exploitation of a child and possession of child pornography.
