UNDATED (KDAL) - The National Weather Service says a tornado hit  north Minneapolis neighborhoods Sunday afternoon leaving one person dead, at least 22 injured and damaging nearly a hundred buildings.  Funnel clouds were also reported in western Wisconsin yesterday near LaCrosse and damaging winds continued across the central part of the state on Sunday.
