(Detroit, MI) -- A consultant for Ambassador Bridge owner Matty Moroun says a toll war could break out if a second government-built span to Ontario is constructed. The result, according to the consultant, could be a one-point-five-billion-dollar shortfall for the publicly run bridge over 20 years. Michigan officials dispute the claim, saying the Canadian government has said it will pay for Michigan's portion of the span and absorb financial shortfalls.
