MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Tuesday overturned a Dane County judge's ruling and reinstated the divisive collective bargaining law. The high court says a committee of lawmakers were not subject to the state's open meetings law, so they didn't violate it while quickly approving the plan, which limits collective bargaining for many public employees. Governor Scott Walker says the bill is necessary to deal with the state's budget deficit.
