(Virginia, MN)  --  In northeastern Minnesota, police are looking for anyone who knows more about an incident which left a man with burns over half of his body.  The 21-year old was found lying naked on a street in Virginia, with his clothing found nearby still smoldering.  A 38-year old man was later arrested on 1st-Degree assault and the victim remains in the hospital.
