(St. Paul, MN)  --  Secretary of State Mark Ritchie reminds Minnesotans the end of the day on Tuesday is the deadline to pre-register to vote the August 10th primary.  Ritchie says Minnesotans can also register at the polls on primary election day but it's quicker to pre-register.  If you'll be gone on primary election day, you can also vote absentee -- either in person ahead of time or by mail.  Contact your city clerk or county auditor for more information.
