(St. Paul, MN) -- The latest polling shows Mark Dayton and Tom Emmer running neck-and-neck in the race to replace Tim Pawlenty as Minnesota's governor. The Democrat and Republican both picked up 34-percent support from those surveyed in the Minnesota Public Radio-Humphrey Institute poll. Independent Tom Horner had 13-percent, but with just over two months before election day, 20-percent of those surveyed say they are still undecided.
