(Mahnomen, MN)  --  Calls of condolence and support have been pouring in to the Mahnomen County Sheriff's Department in northwestern Minnesota.   One of its officers, Deputy Chris Dewey, died Monday morning of wounds from a line-of-duty shooting a year and a half ago.  Mahnomen County Sheriff Doug Krier (KREER) says his department is "hanging in there" and notes he's received a number of calls from other law enforcement agencies, offering to take calls and shifts when Deputy Dewey's funeral comes.  The alleged gunman is charged with attempted murder of a peace officer but with Dewey's death, those charges are likely to be upgraded to murder.
