(Carlton, MN)  --  Carlton County authorities say a Wrenshall man faces third-degree murder charges for an incident last year when he allegedly supplied methadone to a man who died.  Twenty-eight-year-old Jason Laubach had his first court appearance this morning.  Authorities in September 2009 went to a home in Carlton and found the victim, 24-year-old Joe DeRusha, unresponsive. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital in Cloquet.
