Another co-worker and myself have lately been complaining very much about our dislike of our current weight and bodies. We constantly amp ourselves up that we are going to start working out and eating better, but it all seems to be a lot of talk.
I do not like going to gyms because of several reasons, but mostly because I know it will be a waste of money because I either A) won't go at all or B) will go and do nothing but walk on a treadmill or spend 1/2 hour on an elliptical (which would be better than nothing).
I also have several of the workout DVDs you seen on infomericals. Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Zumba, Kettle Worx, Pilates, etc. and they are mostly collecting dust on my movie shelf.
So I decided I would look into fitness classes that are being offered here in the Northland and I didn't realize that there were so many. I see there are many different classes in Hibbing, Virginia, Grand Rapids and other places that range from Karate to Aerobics to Zumba and I am looking for good suggestions on classes to take that will encourage me to get fit.
So what can you tell me? Do you have good suggestions that are going to help me get fit?
