Oh maternity clothes how far you've come. I remember when my mom was pregnant with my sister and all the maternity clothes were more like tents than clothes. Completely shapeless and not flattering. Now maternity clothes are actually quite cute. They look like normal clothes they just have room for your growing belly.
When I was pregnant with Mia I bought a bunch of cute maternity clothes and I was so excited when I found out I would be pregnant the same season again. Of course that was before I found out that I'm having twins. Now those cute maternity clothes are getting too small so I have to buy more. Like I don't have enough to buy after finding out we're having 2 babies instead of just one now I have to buy more clothes for me too? I've been stopping at resale shops regularly to see if I can pick up a few nice things here and there to fill in the blanks in my wardrobe. So far I've had pretty good luck.
Maternity clothes shopping is kind of a pain in the butt. Especially right now when I have no idea what the temperatures are going to be like. Should I buy short sleeve stuff because it's still summer, but it certainly isn't hot.
Another thing I'm going to have to start thinking about buying is nursing bras. Experts suggest waiting until month 8 to buy them though. Some even suggest waiting until as close to the birth as possible and buy maybe 1 then shop for a couple more after the babies are born. Everything is bigger this time around.
