Were you a child of the '80s? Do you remember thinking that you'd do a whole lot better in science class if your teacher was more like "Mr. Wizard," Don Herbert? You remember "Mr. Wizard," right? Three times a week on Nickelodeon, kids could tune in to Mr. Wizard's World to watch Herbert perform all sorts of scientific experiments and then explain it in a way that your boring old teacher at school couldn't. "Mr. Wizard" was great. But we're older now, and we can look back and see that while he was teaching us all about science, he was also kind of a condescending jerk. Watch this montage.
