Taylor Swift debuted a new song at the Stand Up To Cancer telethon that she wrote especially for a cancer patient who lost his battle with the disease.
"Ronan" is her tribute to a preschool-aged boy who died from Stage 4 neuroblastoma last year. She wrote the ballad with the help of Ronan's mom, who kept a blog about her son's fight to live. The song also talks about how Taylor's music helped her through the pain of losing him.
The song is available online and is already No. 2 on iTunes' Top Songs chart.
