Bieber Fever just got real! Justin Bieber puked in the middle of his concert in Glendale, Arizona Saturday.

And even though the singer was forced to leave the stage twice due to illness, the show went on. After one of his exits, he told the crowd, "It's hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people. Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage?" The crowd cheered and then the Bieb said, "Okay, I wanted to give you my best show ever, so do you mind if I finish it?"

The singer is blaming an upset stomach.

It was the first show on his Believe tour.
