It looks like Keith Urban could be joining Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj on the American Idoljudges' panel. A source tells The Hollywood Reporter Keith has agreed to take the gig for a salary of $3 to $4 million.  Mariah is reportedly getting $18 million, and Nicki is going home with a reported $8 million.

Urban, who told an Australian radio station that he was in talks to join Idol, has agreed to take a third seat for a salary of $3 million to $4 million, according to the source.  Brad Paisley apparently dropped out of the conversation because he wanted to match Minaj's pay scale, which was a nonstarter with Idol brass.
