There's more trouble for Randy Travis. A truck belonging to the troubled country star was found by police smashed up on its side in Frisco, Texas on Saturday, a day after he was cited for assault outside of a Plano, Texas church.

An attorney for Travis maintains that his client was not behind the wheel and hasn't driven the truck for a few months.

Earlier this month, Travis was arrested for DWI after crashing his car. In that incident, he was found by police wearing no clothes.
