Little People Not Happy With Zac Brown for Midget Bowling in Sturgis

Zac Brown is taking heat for his role in a midget bowling event in Sturgis, South Dakota during a bike rally last week. Little People of America, a non-profit organization which supports people with dwarfism, issued a statement to TMZ saying, "Little People of America does not endorse any activity in which a person of short stature is used as an object, rather than regarded as a competitor, in a ‘sporting event.’ We believe that such practices are a direct insult to the equality of people with dwarfism, grounded in a respect for basic human dignity.”

Short Sleeve Sampson, who was flung down the alley by Zac, is among those who have come to Zac's defense. A little person named James said, “If it’s Sampson’s prerogative is to be hired as a human bowling ball, then that’s his prerogative. There aren’t many job opportunities out there for people of our stature, and I think that’s Sampson’s prerogative.”
