Randy Travis was arrested last night in Texas for suspicion of DUI after crashing his 1998 Pontiac Trans-Am into a construction zone. He was originally arrested on a DWI charge, then was charged with "retaliation and obstruction" when he threatened to shoot and kill the arresting officers. Randy, who was naked when he rode in the police cruiser, was given a shirt and a paper suit to cover up his nether region.

According to TMZ, the case is still developing.

This is Randy's second alcohol-related arrest this year. In February, he was busted for public intoxication.
