JAKE OWEN: "Blue Jean" Intervenes

When Jake Owen met his new fiancee Lacey Buchanan at the video shoot for "Eight Second Ride," he wasn't sure they'd become a couple. But fate intervened when they re-connected before the shoot for "Barefoot Blue Jean Night." He tells us, "I was like, something like this doesn't just re-appear and you're not supposed to do anything about it."

Jake proposed very publicly at his hometown show over the weekend, but now he and Lacey are taking some private time with their family.

TRISHA YEARWOOD: No Tortellini This Season

There'll be something conspicuously absent during the first season of Trisha Yearwood's cooking show, Trisha's Southern Kitchen -- hubby Garth Brooks. But Trisha says if it gets picked up for a second season, she'll invite him on. She tells Ladies Home Journal, "Garth has taught me a lot about experimenting with recipes. The first thing he'll always say to me is, 'Why not add tortellini to that?' That's our inside joke, because he adds tortellini to everything."

Trisha's Southern Kitchen premieres on the Food Network on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. [ET].

KEITH URBAN: Surprises Fans at Breakfast

Keith Urban surprised his fan club by throwing a special breakfast for them yesterday morning at Nashville's Country Music Hall of Fame. The fans were told that Keith wouldn't be there, but after a taped introduction, he appeared.

Keith spent the morning taking requests and giving away prizes, including meet-and-greet passes to last night's We're All for the Hall concert benefiting the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL: Pick a Ticket

CMA Music Festival will begin selling single-night tickets on Saturday for shows at Nashville's LP Field. The tickets are general admission in the upper deck and sell for $40 plus handling fees through Ticketmaster or CMAFest.com. --Tammy Ragusa
