TAYLOR SWIFT: Kanye Has a Song for Taylor As the anniversary of the Taylor Swift - Kanye West MTV Video Music Awards mess draws near, Kanye has been spending a lot of time cleansing his soul on Twitter. He writes, "When I woke up from the crazy nightmare, I looked in the mirror and said, 'Grow up, Kanye'... I take the responsibility for my actions." Kanye says he's even written a song for Taylor. "If she won't take it, then I'll perform it for her. She had nothing to do with my issues with awards shows. She had no idea what hit her. She's just a lil' girl with dreams like the rest of us." Taylor and Kanye are both expected at this Sunday's VMAs. TAYLOR SWIFT: Makes Rapper Cool When Taylor Swift wrote on Twitter that she loved rapper Nelly's song "Just a Dream," she helped him pick up a bunch of respect from his teenage daughter. Nelly tells Billboard, "I'm only cool to her because I know Chris Brown and Bow Wow, and now Taylor Tweeted about me." LADY ANTEBELLUM: They're Ba-ack! Lady Antebellum moves back to the top of the country album chart this week with Need You Now. But the number-two spot could go to either Zac Brown Band's The Foundation or Little Big Town's The Reason Why, which debuted last week at number-one. Elsewhere on the chart, Trace Adkins should settle into number-four with Cowboy's Back in Town, and Miranda Lambert's Revolution will likely wrap things up at number-five. KEITH URBAN: All for the Hall Keith Urban, Alan Jackson and Miranda Lambert are among the headliners for this year's We're All for the Hall benefit for the Country Music Hall of Fame. Each artist will play a song by one of his or her musical heroes, and then own of their own. The show takes place on October 5th at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Also on the bill are:
