TAYLOR SWIFT: The Boss and Bono Taylor Swift has encountered many big stars, but there's still a couple she'd like to meet, namely Bruce Springsteen and Bono, because of their longevity and cultural relevance. She tells MTV.com, "Those are really tough meet-and-greets to get into. I really want to at least try. I'd wait in line for that."
Taylor Swift has literally been in training for the media blitz surrounding the upcoming release of her third album, Speak Now. She tells Zap2It.com, "I've actually been running and doing cardio for the last three months to prepare for it ... To make sure I could get through it, I've been warming up every day, not so much for the exercise but for the endurance." The site also reports that Taylor's songs may be used in an upcoming episode of Glee. She says, "I'm a huge fan of the show, and I think it showcases music in a great way, so I would be really excited if anything were to happen there."
Didn't you love Jewel's Funny or Die video where she posed as a frozen foods salesperson and sang karaoke incognito? TBS did! According to the Associated Press, the network has ordered a pilot of a series based on Jewel's prank, with SNL alum Will Farrell contributing.
