CARRIE UNDERWOOD: PeachState Wedding The rumor mill has churned out another possible location for the Carrie Underwood/Mike Fisher wedding. AccessAtlanta.com is reporting that the couple will get hitched at the Ritz Carlton at Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Georgia -- halfway between Atlanta and Augusta. A source of the site said that Carrie rented out the entire hotel for her family and friends on July 10th -- the supposed date for the wedding. WILLIE NELSON: Picnic In the Grass Willie Nelson and a throng of fans are headed to Austin, Texas, this week for his annual Fourth of July Picnic. The event began in 1973 and draws crowds of as many as 20,000. Among the many other stars performing are Jack Ingram, Jamey Johnson, Kris Kristofferson and Ray Price. RODNEY ATKINS: Rolling in the Hay If Rodney Atkins looks like he knows what he's doing in the video for "Farmer's Daughter," that's because he really does. Rodney has had some experience driving tractors and hauling hay. And if he looks cozy with the brunette beauty he's cuddling at the end of the video, he is. That's his wife Tammy Jo. QUICK SHOTS: Train's pop hit "Hey Soul Sister" has been released as a country re-mix. The band's lead singer Pat Monahan likes country music and says he'd even like to do a CMT Crossroads with Miranda Lambert. |
