Kellie Pickler is country music's latest diva to get engaged. Nashville songwriter Kyle Jacobs proposed to Kellie on a Florida beach at sunset on June 15, which is also the birthday of her late grandmother, Faye Pickler. Kellie reveals to People magazine, "I remember saying to Kyle, 'Baby it's like I'm dreaming - but if this isn't real, I'm going to be very upset!'" She later tweeted, "It's True! Can't wait to say 'I Do!'" Her fiancé Kyle also gave some insight into the engagement on Twitter. He tweeted, "It went like this...'Kellie, will you marry me?' Kellie said, 'Yes.' I said, 'Really?' Kellie said, 'YES REALLY!'...thank you Jesus!"
No longer will June 15 be a day of gloom for bride-to-be Kellie. She shares, "It turned out to be the most amazing day of my life. My whole world changed. We both feel like we got my grandmother's blessing." Pickler and Jacobs met back in 2007.
