KENNY CHESNEY: Down to the Crossroads

The CMT Crossroads episode with Kenny Chesney and rocker Steve Miller premieres tonight (Friday) at 9 p.m. [ET] on CMT. The show was filmed in March at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. Backed by both of their bands, they trade licks on songs including "Living in Fast Forward" and "The Joker."

Following their performance, the two crossed the alley to Nashville's historic Tootsie's Orchid Lounge for an impromptu jam session.


KENNY CHESNEY: At the ESPYS

Kenny Chesney will be a presenter on the 18th Annual ESPY Awards on July 14th. Kenny says, "I'm friends with an awful lot of coaches and athletes, so being able to do this, is being able to honor a lot of my friends -- and that's always nice." The awards will be presented live on ESPN at 9 p.m. [ET].


LADY ANTEBELLUM: Kudos from the Oaks

Lady Antebellum have a big fan in Richard Sterban from the Oak Ridge Boys. He tells the Minnesota's St. Cloud Times, "They are probably the hottest thing going right now. They are making great records. They have some nice harmonies and a pleasant sound." After more than three decades together, the Oaks are still making records and touring.
