TOP OF THE CHARTS: Lady A Stays Lady Antebellum's Need You Now refuses to budge from the number-one spot on the country album chart, despite a 19 percent drop in sales, according to the latest SoundScan figures. Jaron and the Long Road to Love debut at number-two with Getting Dressed in the Dark, bumping Zac Brown Band's The Foundation to number-three. Miranda Lambert's Revolution goes to number-four. And now that the dust has settled, Carrie Underwood's Play On takes the final spot in the Top 5, inching out Dierks Bentley's Up on the Ridge. ROOKS & DUNN: More Dates Added Brooks & Dunn are gearing up to get back on the road after Ronnie was put on vocal rest. Ronnie says that he's getting better every day and that he and Kix are raring to get back on tour. They've added three more dates and have added Merle Haggard, Sara Evans and Miranda Lambert on select dates. --Rosemary Young
Keith Urban will be doing a benefit concert for the Grammy in the Schools program through the Grammy Foundation on July 23rd at the Los Angeles Tennis Center at UCLA. Keith hopes that the Grammy in the Schools program will encourage kids not only to learn to play instruments, but also inspire creativity.
