Dolly Parton appeared on Fox and Friends Tuesday morning to talk about the 25th anniversary of the Dollywood theme park, but was quick to come to the defense of Miley Cyrus during the interview. She told the morning hosts, "She's got everything it takes and she's trying to make the transition now. And I hate it now when people criticize and condemn her ... she's trying to grow up."
