Carrie Underwood and fiancé Mike Fisher of the Ottawa Senators made their first official public appearance at the annual Sens' Soiree fundraiser in Gatineau [GAT-in-oh] Monday night and walked the red carpet together. You can see a photo at People.com. Ctvottowa.ca claims that People magazine reportedly offered to pay 50 thousand dollars for the first photo of the superstar couple; however, a rep for People states, "This is 100% absolutely false." The event raised money for the Sens Foundation, the charity of Fisher's hockey team. The "Carnaval Mystique"-themed party raised 325 thousand dollars for children's healthcare.
