MIRANDA LAMBERT is the new spokesperson for the "Got Milk?" campaign.  Best part?  She gave up the secret of how they keep that milk mustache from looking all sloppy.  She said, quote, "It's milk and some yogurt . . . and a Q-tip to get it perfect."
