Here's the worst parent of the week:  Someone posted a video on YouTube of a little kid at a tailgate in Florida . . . drinking from a BEER BONG.  It wasn't filled with beer, it was filled with Capri Sun.

But it's still giving the kid a head start on binge drinking.  And the whole group cheered while he did it.
